Alice’s Brunch Casserole

Great for when company comes to town. You can make it a day ahead of time, so you can relax in the morning. Awesome on a chilly morning.
Recipe: Alice’s Brunch Casserole
Summary: Brunch casserole is an excellent dish for when company comes to town. You can make it the night before, and pop it in the oven in the morning. A feast!
Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage
- 1 (8 ounce) can crescent rolls
- 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 5 eggs
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 teaspoons minced onion
- Garlic salt to taste
Instructions
- Fry and drain the sausage. Place roll dough flat in the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to make a crust.
- Sprinkle sausage, then cheese over dough. Mix eggs, milk, onion and garlic salt in bowl. Pour mixture over the cheese layer. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
